FujiFilm launches FinePix S2980 for Rs. 12,499

Fujifilm launched an economical camera into the market with its FinePix S2980 which boasts an 18x optical zoom and the best 28mm wide angle lens which captures high precision optics and helps you deliver outstanding telephoto capabilities.It’s 14MP camera gives you pin-sharp pictures and the electronic view finder accommodates a traditional shooting style even in broad day-light and helps you take crisp and clear pictures even with the 18x zoom fully extended. High sensitivity along with CCD image shift stabilization works at minimizing blur at maximum zoom range.The Tracking AF mode will lock on to moving subjects and keep them in focus.

In addition to the above mentioned features, it has a 3-inch LCD display with high impact 2,30,000 dot-resolution.The camera includes a revolutionary new auto-focus (AF) system to help achieve faster and sharper focus. The device is also capable of taking HD photos and videos in 16:9 format. The pictures can be easily shared on social networking sites by just tagging them in the camera which uploads them automatically when you connect it to your home computer.

SR Auto, an auto scene recognition function ensures that the settings are optimal by automatically choosing from a variety of camera settings, namely portrait, landscape, night, macro, night portrait, back-lit portrait.
