Every once in a while, we all want to go out and celebrate with our family. It could be about any little or big celebration or just spending time with our loved ones. And honestly, when it comes to spending quality time, what could be better than having a fine dining experience. Fine dining is one of those things that we opt for not too often. But once you get to have that exquisite food and indulge in a lavish affair, there is no looking back! So, if you also want to visit a fine dining restaurant and give your family that exact experience, you must try out Kitchen District at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri!
Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, New Delhi is conveniently located – adjacent to the Janakpuri West Metro and the District Center. This prime location also connects the hotel’s travellers to the rest of Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR), providing a launchpad for leisure and business guests to explore popular hotspots and easy access to nearby the main commercial center of the city.
Kitchen District in Hyatt Centric is located on the second floor of the hotel. As soon as you walk inside the place, beautiful and intricate wooden work will amaze you. The dark coloured marbles and tables fit perfectly with the setting and the vibe of the restaurant. The twisted lights and the view of the bustling Janakpuri market from the restaurant is surely worth watching. With this, it goes without saying that the place is surely Insta-worthy, and your amazing pictures here will impress anyone!
Coming to the food, they have a range of North Indian, Mughlai, Chinese, and even Japanese cuisines. We recently got to experience the taste from here, and let us tell you, each of these dishes will leave you drooling. The Chef and his team particularly kept the flavours of Delhi in their mind and experimented with bringing out that street style chaat taste. First up, we had a yummy aloo chaat and raj kachori. Both these dishes were topped with fresh curd and tangy chutneys! The raj kachoris were filled with sprouts, giving the dish a perfect balance.
Next up, we tried their North Indian menu. We were served paneer tikkas, chicken kebabs, mutton seekh, chole bhature, dal makhani, a mix veg sabzi, shahi paneer and dal makhani along with naans and biryanis! From their delicious North Indian section, we highly recommend you try the biryani, mix veg and dal makhani.
Then, coming to the Chinese food, you cannot miss out on their Kerala style chilli paneer and Kolkata chowmein. Both of these meals had the perfect lip-smacking taste.
Overall, the vibe, taste and ambience of the Kitchen district is simply exquisite. If you want to give a treat to your family, you must visit this restaurant!
